How to prepare simple CRON jobs?¶

What are CRON jobs?¶

This is what we call scheduling repetitive task on the server. In web applications this will be mainly repetitively running specific commands.

Openjet has a lot of commands. In the heap three vital, predefined commands designed to be run as cron jobs on your server.

openjet:requirement:currency - to import currencies and update exchange rates if needed
openjet:optimizer:update - to update optimizer if necessary
openjet:middleware:requirements - to import and update resources provided by middleware

It is recommended to run this commands on production environment --env=prod without interaction --no-interaction
